Here’a one of my flips! Throughout the years, we have learned a lot. We focus on the areas that will add value to your home which are kitchen and bathrooms! Timing also plays a factor in the appreciation of the property. Luckily for us, this home was purchased in 2020 before the rise of all of the RE prices.
