February recap and it’s not over yet! Some of our projects that either sold or went into contract this month. If you’re a real estate agent and you come across a seller with a property and is just in very bad shape or has other issues whether certificate of occupancy, probate, back taxes, etc. that inhibit the seller from listing it with you on the open market, or they simply don’t want to go through the hassle or embarrassed because of the condition of their house the please reach out! We offer a white glove service to your seller and will turn around that property in a few months and relist with you a beautifully renovated and staged home you can be proud to hang your listing sign on!

Hi all! The Helpful House Buyers have been taking on more projects than ever, and we’re opening up opportunities for private investors to earn returns on their money, completely hands-off.

We buy off-market properties & turn solid profits. Now we’re letting a few people in our circle put their money to work with us, secured by real estate.

If you’ve ever thought about investing but didn’t know where to start, this is a safe and simple way to get involved. DM us if you’re curious, we’re happy to explain how it works!

Today marks a new chapter a new journey. We swung the doors open on this awesome landmark in the heart of Bay Shore. You can tell immediately how much this store means to the whole town. We can only hope we can live up the names of the previous operators. We will damn sure try our hardest. Thank you so much to all the customers who came out today. We look forward to be opening for another 51 years.
