Meet Jeanelle Higdon, a property manager with 29 years of experience. She leads two distinct communities in our portfolio: PARK 216, a garden-style apartment community, and Era at PARK 216 - 55+ Luxury Apartments. Jeanelle has been part of the PARK 216 Luxury Apartments team since day one and played a key role in opening Era in 2024.
We continue to admire the energy and care she brings to both communities. Each has its own residents, pace, and needs, and Jeanelle helps people feel at home in both.
Communities under her management have earned multiple CMHC Awards of Excellence, including Gold and Silver Awards in the Active Adult Communities 2021–Later category and a Silver Award in the Communities 2020–Later category. Her contributions also helped earn a 2025 ACE Award for Community of the Year.
