I came home from vacation and went straight to the closing table—and honestly, there couldn’t have been a better way to kick off the summer market.

This home attracted multiple offers and came with its share of moving parts, but a steady approach, a thoughtful strategy, and a little teamwork carried the day.

Most importantly, I’m happy for my client as a new chapter begins in a home that feels like a great fit.

Still crazy after all these years. 💕

Wedding day → Yesterday at

Somewhere between these two photos, we became parents, started a business, changed careers, worried about things we didn’t need to worry about, celebrated things we never saw coming, and grew up together.

What hasn’t changed?

You still make me laugh til it hurts, still make me feel safe, and somehow still make me feel like a kid.

We’ve shared some incredible days and some really hard ones too, but I wouldn’t want anyone else beside me for any of it.

Here’s to 18 years and a whole lot more adventures ahead.

This is my favorite chapter of us yet.

Just closed on Holly Hill Lane 💙🏡⚓️

This one was extra special. I helped these sellers purchase their next home in my own neighborhood before we ever listed this waterfront property — and in under two weeks, after several showings and a great open house, I was able to bring the buyer who turned out to be the perfect fit.

The best transactions are the ones where everyone walks away excited about what’s next. My sellers are happily settling into their new chapter nearby, and the new owners are already dreaming about life on the Nansemond River in their own little slice of waterfront paradise.

Not every deal comes together this naturally… but when it does, it feels a little like magic. Grateful for the trust from both sides and so thankful I get to do what I love every day.

Just soaking up time with these two who made me a mom. As the oldest of four girls, I had zero preparation for life as a boy mom 😂 Loud, messy, wild and nonstop — and somehow the greatest gift.

Feeling especially grateful to celebrate today with my own mom too — the most generous, hardworking, fun-loving example I could ask for 🤍
