A home is more than walls and windows, it’s the details that shape how you live. Here are 5 things to love about the Bennett Ranch model:

1️⃣ An open floor plan with soaring 9 ft. ceilings and a sprawling island that brings everyone together.
2️⃣ Refined finishes, from 7-inch baseboards to luxurious LVP flooring and timeless Craftsman doors.
3️⃣ A kitchen designed for both beauty and function, featuring quartz counters and custom cabinets.
4️⃣ Comfort at every turn: plush carpet in the bedrooms, tile in the owner’s bath, and the warmth of an optional gas fireplace.
5️⃣ Smart upgrades like a tankless water heater and endless customization options to make it uniquely yours.

It’s not just a house, it’s the foundation for a life well-lived.
