Are you a skilled maintenance professional with experience and a passion for keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Coordinate and complete work orders and service requests
✔ Ensure timely maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
✔ Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies
✔ Communicate effectively with residents, tenants, or internal departments
What We’re Looking For:
🔧 3+ years of maintenance experience
📋 Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair
🛠 Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
📅 Ability to prioritize tasks
🏅 HVAC certification or trade license is a plus!
