We are grateful to the Village of Sugar Grove trustees, plan commission members and staff for their time and thoughtful consideration of The Grove. We also want to extend our thanks to area residents for their valuable input and patience throughout this process.

Our commitment to The Grove and the Village remains strong as we move forward in realizing this vision for the future of Sugar Grove. We will continue working closely with the Village to deliver a development that benefits the entire community, bringing vibrant retail, restaurants and public amenities that bring people together, along with much-needed housing and businesses that will stimulate robust economic activity for years to come.

In the coming months, we will focus on pre-construction planning and look forward to sharing more updates as the project progresses.
