We are ready to welcome in the Spring Market of 2023.

So many people have asked us for our predictions for the year ahead and as much as we would love to look into the future and give you answers, here is what we know…
Sellers:
-We are still in a strong selling market. We are hovering around the 2 to 2.5 month’s supply of homes that are available to buyers.
-We have many buyers looking for homes to purchase.
-We have an amazing group of professionals that can help us make your house look it’s best and present well to the buying community such as photographers, stagers, handymen etc.
-We will put together a comprehensive plan to get your house listed and sold quickly.
Buyers:
-We completely understand your concern about rising interest rates and diminished buying power. We have a team of experts on hand to help you navigate the financing of your new home. According to Tammy Maranto of Crosscountry Mortgage, the new maximum income level to qualify for the IHDA program is $136,920.00 for Kendall County. They also have many other plans to help you achieve your buying goals.
-We are excellent negotiators and will guide you through the buying process.
-The days of multiple offers on every home on the market and paying thousands of dollars over the list price have come to an end,
