My buyer had one big goal this year: stop renting and finally become a homeowner again.
We found a move-in ready home under $200K (yes, even in todayβs market π), closer to her family, and just in time before her lease ended.

π Closing #2: A Bittersweet Goodbye
Some moves are emotional β and this one had my heart. β€οΈ
I helped dear friends sell their family home of 23 years β the home where they raised their kids, had birthday parties in the backyard, and built a lifetime of memories.
Retirement finally arrived, and it was time to downsize and move closer to their grandchildren in Texas. π΅π΄ππΆ
