- Generate insightful reports by analyzing data and trends.
- Effectively communicate with residents.
- Promote property vacancies on various online platforms.
- Oversee and manage property utilities such as electricity, water, and gas services.
- Initiate and cancel property insurance for company-owned properties.
- Tackle general administrative tasks including phone calls, emails, scheduling, and providing exceptional customer support.
- Actively participate in training and meetings as required.
