This closing was special today. We met Camila at the daycare our boys went to. She took great care of our boys and loved on them constantly. Today, I had the privilege to help her family close on their first home. May God bless their family and may their home be filled with nothing but happiness and wonderful memories!

Congratulations to my clients on their purchase of their new home! A friend referred this couple that was moving from out of state because of a Coast Guard assignment to Ellington Airbase. We focused on ideal areas and were able to find the perfect one only a 10-15 minute drive from work with plenty of yard for their two well-behaved doodles that joined us at closing. May they be blessed in their new home!

SOLD!!! It was an emotional one for the seller with all the memories as it was their parent's home. I appreciated their trust in me to advise them and we worked together to come up with a plan to get it ready to sell. It was listed July 1st and we were closed on July 25th! My fastest ever. Also had the pleasure of meeting the buyers family and seeing how excited and happy their children were. May they experience nothing but good blessings and joy as they make their memories.
