Is Sugar Land's award winning quality of life at stake? City leaders have made it clear they want high density development throughout our beautiful suburban community. And Mayor Zimmerman is leading the effort, appearing to be retaliating against a P&Z Commissioner/REALTOR who is in his way. Using the Ethics Board and a frivolous complaint, they have made it clear REALTORS will not be welcome on City Boards. Watch for the next Ethics Board meeting, likely the week of May 8-12 to be announced on the City Web Site under Agendas. Support this Commissioner and the REALTOR community

REALTOR ALERT: Mayor Zimmerman's frivolous Ethics complaint against the P&Z Commissioner who voted against raising the apartment limit from 526 units to 1200 at Imperial is moving forward. This list of questions is from the minutes of the last Ethics meeting.

Is the Sugar Land Ethics Board investigating a valid conflict of interest or looking to remove ALL REALTORS from serving on City Boards? Maybe they know too much about zoning issues? The questions that were raised in the decision to move forward with an investigation had NOTHING to do with the frivolous complaint that was submitted by the Mayor. BECAUSE THEY HAD NOTHING RELEVANT TO THE COMPLAINT TO DISCUSS! THE REAL OBJECTIVE? GET THE NO VOTES OFF P&Z.
