Brookhaven continues to make strong progress in Montgomery County.

This quarter, key milestones included the DIA submission, TxDOT approval of the turn lane plans, official MUD formation, and completion of the utility agreement. The wastewater treatment plant design is now 90% complete and awaiting TCEQ discharge permit approval.

Next up: securing remaining approvals and advancing civil plans as Brookhaven continues moving forward.
