There’s something powerful about intentionally putting yourself in rooms where people are talking about the things you’re working toward.

Today’s investor meetup was about more than coffee. ☕️ It was about making connections, listening, learning, asking questions, and surrounding myself with people who are actively doing the work.

I’m learning that you don’t have to know everything before you enter the room. Sometimes you just have to be willing to show up, pay attention, and keep moving forward.

New conversations. New relationships. New opportunities.

I’m making sure the rooms I walk into match where I’m going. 🏢🔑

The difference is in the details… and sometimes, it’s in the STEAM! 😂

Same bedroom. Same bedding. Same staging.

But that first photo said, “I just rolled out of bed.”
The second one said, “Welcome to your new primary suite.” 😂🙌🏽

This is exactly why we steam the bedding when staging a home. Wrinkles may seem like a small thing, but in listing photos, those little details become BIG details.

A freshly steamed bed looks cleaner, more luxurious, more inviting, and much more polished. And when buyers are scrolling through listing after listing, you want your home to be the one that makes them stop.

Staging isn’t just putting pretty furniture in a room. It’s paying attention to the details that change how a space photographs and, ultimately, how it feels.

Because if the bedding is going to be in the MLS photos forever, she might as well show up looking her best. 😂

I had such a wonderful time at Elizabeth Cole, and to top it all off, I won the raffle! 🎉

This beautiful dragonfly box is absolutely stunning. The craftsmanship, the details, and the symbolism of the dragonfly make it even more special. To me, dragonflies represent transformation, growth, resilience, and embracing new beginnings. A beautiful reminder that change can lead to something extraordinary.
