It is unbelievable that the first month of this new year is almost over. I'm sure we all have our New Year's resolutions and some of us have even put them off a bit.... I have a little bit. LOL

My plan was to post a monthly tip at the beginning of each month so I'm a little later but I am one that believes it is better to be late than never do what you set out to do.

JANUARY TIP OF THE MONTH:

Organize your home improvement files. Review warranties and product manuals and jot service reminders in your calendar.

This is simple enough, right? We get at it, what are you waiting for? I must add in the humor that comes with goal setting, some simple tasks just don't get done but at least give it a try.
