* Interior Paint: 4800 sf home full interior paint including ceiling, walls, crown molding, baseboards and doors typically cost @ $26,000. Our labor cost is $9,500 plus $2,000-$2,500 in materials equals a 55% savings over retail.
* New Roof: Same 4800 sf home received a new roof. We didn’t use a boring shingle roof. We were able to upgrade the owners roof with a designer slate styled roof which is much more robust has a lifetime warranty and immensely enhances the homes curb appeal. The retail price for this roof is over $55,000 and we installed it for $26,000 a 53% savings over retail.
* New Countertops: We provided countertops for a 3,400 sf home with 3.5 baths, kitchen, wet bar and laundry room for $6,500 compared to $11,400 retail, a 43% savings.
* New Floors: We installed 2,400 sf of new flooring and 32 steps between two staircases. Labor $8,359 and material $6,800 for a total of $15,159. (Labor price includes removal of 1,370 sf of glued down hardwood floors at $1.35 per sf, applying 38 bags of float at $35 per bag. $60 installation per step. A $26,000 retail job but saved our clients 40%.
