Today was photo shoot day for a very special seller of mine.

Seven years ago, I had the privilege of helping her purchase this beautiful home. It feels like just yesterday, and now, in what seems like the blink of an eye, we are preparing to pass this home on to its next owner.

I am beyond proud of her. Despite a demanding work schedule, she transformed her home in just one weekโ€”spotlessly clean, thoughtfully staged, and picture-perfect for todayโ€™s shoot. ๐Ÿ“ธ๐Ÿก
