Dearest Advenir at Woodbridge Residents,

We hope you are all hunkered down and staying safe. Please know that due to the severe weather the office is closed. If you should have an emergency, please call the office 281-494-2200 and select the option for “emergency maintenance”. Please be detailed with your emergency in the message, leave your name, phone number, and apartment number.

Please look out for an email that will be sent from our corporate office for tips and instructions on the “DO’s and DO NOT’s”. We’re all in this together and all we can do is hope for warmer weather and help do our part. Please stay safe and warm.

Dear Resident(s):
I hope this post finds you all doing well this morning. Since last Thursday's Pizza Night was a hit, we are hosting another one! Papa John's will be in front of the leasing office on Thursday, November 12th, 2020 from 5 PM - 7 PM!

There is a form in the Leasing Office for you to come by and retrieve. This form is called a pre-order form, if you would like something other than the standard cheese, pepperoni or veggie pizza, you must fill this form out and return to the Leasing Office by Tuesday, November 10th, 2020.

As we work to improve the look and feel of our awesome community, we need your help in keeping our community appearance looking as neat and clean as possible! Unfortunately, we’ve recently noticed some additions to our balconies/patios that don’t comply with our community policies and the Lease Contract. Please take a moment to review our policies and take any necessary action:

Balcony/Patio Policy Reminders:

We require that ALL residents keep their patios/balconies clean and neat at all times, according to the following standards.

• Appearance: Rugs, towels, laundry, clothing, clothing lines/strings, appliances, trash, living room furniture or other items not considered OUTDOOR furniture, plants, etc. should not be stored on balconies/patios or draped/hung on railings or other portions of the balconies/patios.

• Patio Curtain's: At no time are you allowed to use curtains or wire mesh on your patios unless you have written approval from the office. If you should have this on your patio please remove it ASAP.

• Item Removal: If we continue to notice any items on your balcony that do not meet our community standards, you may be subject to a lease violation and will be asked to remove the items within 24 hours in order to avoid a fine.

Hello all Woodbridge Residents!

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend considering the current situation regarding COVID-19. I wanted to post the two flyers that were sent to all resident doors last Friday on our page.
