Adrienne & her mother were in North Carolina. Her late father’s home was here in Houston. And somebody needed to handle more than “put a sign in the yard and hope.”

That’s where I came in.

After probate was complete, they trusted me to help sell her father's home on Sunfish. We just closed, and her beautiful review reminded me why estate and inherited-home sales are one of my specialties. ❤️
