August Agent of the Month
Building a successful career in real estate requires determination, grit, and a genuine commitment to serving others. For new agents, embracing the principle of Service Over Sales can be challenging—but it is essential to long-term success. That challenge becomes even greater when establishing yourself in a multiple new markets.
As responsibilities grow and leadership opportunities emerge, it can also become increasingly difficult to maintain a strong sales focus. Pedro Guzman has demonstrated that it is possible to do both exceptionally well.
Pedro recently became licensed in Florida and accepted the role of Branch Director for our Sarasota market. While dividing his time between two markets, supporting agents, and providing much-needed structure and leadership in Florida, Pedro has continued to grow his personal sales portfolio.
In August, Pedro finished among the company’s top two agents in sales while also helping strengthen the foundation of our Sarasota operation. His ability to balance production, leadership, and service exemplifies the determination and commitment we value at Kaufman Realty & Auctions.
