The Bistro at Gervasi is an upscale rustic Italian restaurant housed in a 200-year-old barn that once served a Canton dairy farm. We helped breathe new life into the historic barn, replacing the entire foundation.

While others might have deemed the barn unusable, the Swaldo family saw it as the cornerstone of their dream. It stands today as a testament to the power of that vision.
