Summer may be ending, but the DMV real estate market is still making moves. 🏡🍂 As we close out the summer, we’re seeing a market with more inventory, more options for buyers, and a little less urgency than we’ve seen in previous years.

But don’t mistake a slower market for a bad market.
Homes that are priced right and positioned well are still getting attention, while buyers have more opportunity to take their time and negotiate.

So what does that mean for D.C., Maryland & Virginia heading into fall?
