By their mid-20s they purchased their first fixer-upper, remodeled it, and later sold the property for a profit. The Chesters most recent venture involved purchasing a tract of ra
w land and building a new home (as the general contractor). They have since sold and are currently searching for the right property, intending to build again. As a couple, they have owned multiple companies within the Oil & Gas Industry; specializing in the Development and Operations of Oil Producing Leases. As young entrepreneurs they have had their hands in all aspects of running a business and have had to wear many hats; from prospect evaluation, sales and marketing, contract review, managing sub-contractors/vendors, as well as cultivating relationships with High Net-Worth Investor Clients. Much of which has a direct correlation to the Real Estate sector. Ryan and Sunni have enjoyed doing life together for 16 years (15 yrs. married) and counting. It’s not uncommon to find them at local sporting events, cheering on their 13-year old son, Ayden, or their nieces and nephews.
