Hi! Allow me to reintroduce myself to all of my new and old friends!

I’m Lacey Habetz, a Realtor with EXIT Realty Southern. I have been in the real estate industry since 2023, serving all of the SWLA area and beyond! I enjoy every aspect of the real estate process - from meeting new clients and agents, to working with other vendors in the industry, to figuring out solutions to problems that may arise. One of my favorite parts about showing or listing houses is being able to step inside and see the intimate details and the memories that each home carries.. you know, “the house that built me” kind of thing. It’s truly an honor!

A little bit about me:

I am originally from Lake Charles, LA. I am married to my big bestie, Kyle. We have been married for for 1 year and together for 11 total! We have 3 fur babies🐾 - Gracie, Roy, and Luna - and are expecting our first human baby this October. 🥰

On the rare occasion that I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with our families, cooking, fishing, and traveling. I love exploring different cultures and the food that comes with it. My favorite place to be is beautiful Mexico! I’m also addicted to espresso. ☕️

I got some desk jewelry!
To say that I’m proud of myself would be an incredible understatement. All too often I don’t give myself enough credit - both to keep myself humble and because “oh it wasn’t that big a deal.”
But I am changing that mindset, at least for today, and I’m going to give myself a little pat on the back.

I am also praising God because none of these deals were “luck” instead, pure blessings from Him. He has done so much and I’m eternally grateful.

To my 2025 clients, just thank you… thank you for trusting me, believing in me, and being faithful and loyal. I love you all and I can’t wait to do more deals with you in the future.

To my husband, Kyle Habetz, I wouldn’t be anywhere without your guidance. You believe in me, keep me focused, and push me (even when I don’t want to be pushed) to keep my head up, eyes forward, and keep striving for more. You see my potential and you make sure I don’t ever think less of myself.

Lastly, I am proud of the team that I am part of. EXIT Realty Southern, my broker, Josh Foster, and the friends that I’ve made here are all too wonderful. I love our growth and can’t wait to see the future of our office.
