We inspected a 2024 Coach House Platinum earlier this year. We found one Safety, 8 Major, and 7 Minor issues. The safety item was easily corrected by adding air to the spare tire which was under inflated. The significant major item was a shower floor pan that had extensive flex when standing in the shower along with damage to the shower surround. The lack of sealant around the clearance light was also a concern. We also found metal capped jars with an unknown substance loosely stored in the exterior refrigerator compartment. We classified this as major since electronics, wiring, and propane lines could be damaged by the bouncing around of these jars during travel. The remaining major and minor items were largely due to neglected maintenance and upkeep. An RV undergoes earthquake-like forces when travelling so regular maintenance is critical to keep all systems operational. Whether new or preowned, the investment in an NRVIA certified inspection gives you the objective knowledge of the true condition of the RV so you can make an informed purchase decision. 352-224-9477 www.rvinspectpro.com

We inspected a 2026 Brinkley Model IX in February this year. We found two Major, and 7 Minor issues. The slideout failed to retract (It was already extended when we arrived on site) and the battery measured zero volts once the shore power and solar were disconnected. The most significant of the minor issues was a front clearance light that was not seated in its grommet and presented a potential for water intrusion. No RV manufacturer is perfect but Brinkley continues to impress with their overall quality of fit and finish. Whether new or preowned, the investment in an NRVIA certified inspection gives you the objective knowledge of the true condition of the RV so you can make an informed purchase decision. 352-224-9477 www.rvinspectpro.com

We inspected a 2023 Airstream International for a local client earlier this year. We found three Life/Safety Issues, six Major, and 5 Minor. The smoke detector failed to alarm and the emergency window among other windows was stuck shut. The Break away switch was rusted and seized and recommended for replacement. Significant major items included a cooktop exhaust fan that had a serious internal rattle when operating, a broken zip Dee Manual awning retaining latch and an entry door latch that failed to operate as intended. Airstream RVs are classically unique in the RV industry requiring experienced technicians and inspectors so it is important that you vet whomever you choose to hire. Whether new or preowned, the investment in an NRVIA certified inspection gives you the objective knowledge of the true condition of the RV so you can make an informed purchase decision. 352-224-9477 www.rvinspectpro.com

We just received this email from a client in 2024. This really brings joy to our heart that we were able to play a small role in getting this family started on a firm foundation in RV life. They are making memories that will last a lifetime.

"Hi Ron ...You inspected our brand new Winnebago 31H class C back in 2024 that I bought for my family. I just wanted to say thanks again for your inspection, and say how helpful the RV boot camp & docs you gave me have been. It was really helpful to have an RV veteran get me up to speed. I've had other friends buy RVs since and they have not had nearly as good of experiences that we've had with your help. We've taken many trips in Florida and beyond since your inspection. Been to PA, OH, WV, GA, VA, SC, and last summer we even spent 6 weeks in the south West doing 10 national parks with the family (I've included a few pictures). This summer we're planning on hitting the west coast for 2 months to do CA, OR, & WA. I hope you are doing well and just wanted to show you some pictures of our adventures. Thanks again!

We inspected a 2024 Winnebago Navion for an out of state client. This RV was new, old stock at a central FL dealership. We found four Life/Safety Issues, six Major, and 14 Minor. The safety issues were related to overinflated tires and a loose electrical box in the loft bed area. The significant Major issues were hydraulic jack leaks with hydraulic fluid spray evident in the undercarriage. In addition there was a plumbing leak and degraded roof sealant that presented potential water intrusion points. The Minor issues had to do with generally poor build quality and workmanship from the factory. Even though this RV was new, it, like all other RVs do not age well when they sit in the environment without regular use and maintenance. Whether new or preowned, the investment in an NRVIA certified inspection gives you the objective knowledge of the true condition of the RV so you can make an informed purchase decision. 352-224-9477 www.rvinspectpro.com

We inspected a 2020 Coachmen Galleria for an out of state client. This RV was located at a private seller location in close proximity to the Atlantic ocean. We found six Life/Safety Issues, nine Major, and 20 Minor. The safety issues were related to aged and past useful service life tires, smoke, CO, and LP detectors. Major issues were sidewall damage, sealant degradation, and non functional appliances like the water heater. The salt water environment had taken its toll with rust, mildew, and corrosion evident on interior as well as exterior fixtures and surfaces. The RV sales social media listing pictures never adequately convey the true condition of the RV. Whether new or preowned, the investment in an NRVIA certified inspection gives you the objective knowledge of the true condition of the RV so you can make an informed purchase decision. 352-224-9477 www.rvinspectpro.com

We ended the 2025 year with an inspection of a new 2025 Winnebago View. We have been inspecting RVs for several years, and we are still looking for that perfect one. We found 1 Life/Safety issue (significantly over inflated tire), 18 Major, and 15 Minor issues with this new RV. There were several items that the factory simply 'forgot' to install. Other items were more expected such as plumbing leaks and sealant gaps. One of the more significant was a shower surround that was loose and not properly secured to the wall backing. New RVs have new technology which can be glitchy when missing software updates as this one proved to be. A shout out goes to Jack and Sunshine State RVs in Gainesville, FL for hosting this inspection. Their integrity in business practices are second to none and our client was assured that all issues found would be corrected. Whether new or preowned, the investment in an NRVIA certified inspection gives you the objective knowledge of the true condition of the RV so you can make an informed purchase decision. 352-224-9477 www.rvinspectpro.com

We started the year with a classic 24 year old Class C RV inspection. The Lazy Daze brand was founded in 1956 and is credited with creating the first Class C RV in 1966. Their RVs were hand crafted and although they went out of business in 2022 the brand has established a cult following. We expected to see normal age related items through the course of the inspection, however, this RV suffered from neglected maintenance and upkeep. We found 8 Life/Safety issues, 38 Major and 11 Minor. Water pe*******on must be prevented in order to preserve the integrity of the RV. The roof, sidewall, and window sealant was not maintained resulting in interior water damage and delamination of the sidewall. A 'humorous' safety concern was identified when the cigar lighter was tested. Once heated it ejected with the force of a Saturn 5 rocket directly into the lap of the driver. (I can move pretty quickly when I need to) Annual maintenance is key to preserving the value of your RV. Whether new or preowned, the investment in an NRVIA certified inspection gives you the objective knowledge of the true condition of the RV so you can make an informed purchase decision. 352-224-9477 www.rvinspectpro.com
