I love coming across fun, unique, and interesting places as I'm traveling to different homes... but today I had to share with you all what I spotted during an errand run. There is literally an entire section of the parking lot at the Tampa Premium Outlets mall just for owners. I'm not sure whether to be appalled by the blatant bougie nature of this, or just incredibly impressed by the Lexus marketing people for coming up with something that I'm shocked isn't already everywhere because it's pretty genius. Well played.

Last Friday I was showing a home in Crystal River and just happened upon their First Friday event. It was a cute little fair, and I had a delicious organic vanilla matcha latte. I understand that they originally had a monthly fair, and I'm not sure if that still happens, but follow City of Crystal River-Government because the town is super quaint and a fun visit any time!

I recently stopped at this cute little market when I was showing a house in Summerfield, FL. If you are ever in the area, check them out... lots of local foods for sale in their grocery area, a place to grab a salad or a sandwich in their deli, and a quiet little picnic bench area to eat your grub. Plus, you can support the community by purchasing a meal ticket for a first responders.
