Winter Weather Advisory Notice

Dear Valued Tenants,

This letter is to inform you that a winter storm warning has been issued for our area. Severe weather conditions, including heavy snow, ice, and strong winds, are expected to begin within the next 48 hours.

We urge all residents to take necessary precautions to ensure your safety and comfort during this time. Please prepare for the possibility of extended power outages, which could last three days or longer.

Recommended Preparations:

· Emergency Supplies: Ensure you have enough non-perishable food, drinking water, medications, and other essentials to last at least 3–4 days.
· Warmth: Have extra blankets, warm clothing, and sleeping bags readily available.

· Communication: Keep cell phones and other devices fully charged in advance. If possible, have a battery-powered radio available for updates.
· Safety: Avoid unnecessary travel once the storm begins. Icy conditions and poor visibility can make roads hazardous.

Thank you for your attention and cooperation. Let’s work together to stay safe during this winter storm.

Please don’t Attempt to go up the hill while the roads are covered with snow and ice. We do not want anyone crashing over the hill or in someone’s apartment or cars. Please park at the top of the hill.

Attention Nicholas manor tenants. The hill going up is a solid sheet of ice. We already had one car slide down the hill and over the retaining wall and crashing into the porch and complex, please if you do not have to go out I would suggest not trying, it’s way too Dangerous right now. Thanks

Attention Nicholas Manor Tenants And Visitors. We have noticed for a while one of our dumpsters have been getting overloaded and we know it’s someone dumping there trash that is not a Tenant. It’s sad we have to resort to this but we will be installing more cameras very soon at the dumpsters to keep people from breaking the law and the rules of the complex. There are big fines that come with illegally dumping. And when we catch who ever it is we will be contacting law enforcement to view the video. I will be in Office Monday if anyone wants to discuss this matter your more then welcome to give me call or come in and speak with me personally. Thanks Management
