Today we recognize and celebrate Juneteenth, a day that marks the end of slavery in the United States.

On June 19, 1865, more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation was issued, enslaved people in Galveston, Texas finally learned they were free. Juneteenth serves as a reminder that freedom, equality, and opportunity should be accessible to everyone.

It's a day to reflect on our nation's history, honor the resilience and contributions of Black Americans, and continue working toward stronger, more inclusive communities.

As a real estate professional, I believe that homeownership and the opportunity to build generational wealth should be within reach for all. Today, we honor the significance of Juneteenth and the ongoing pursuit of equity and opportunity.

Wishing everyone a meaningful Juneteenth as we celebrate freedom, progress, and hope for the future. ❤️🖤💚
