Safety isn’t just a checklist—it’s part of the guest experience.
At Vacation Ventures, creating beautiful and profitable short-term rentals is important, but none of that matters unless our guests also feel safe, secure, and cared for.
We were incredibly grateful to welcome Justin Ford, Director of Safety & Certification Programs at Breezeway, to tour a couple of our top-performing homes. Justin helped us take a closer look at our properties and identify meaningful ways to further elevate our safety standards.
Every time I hear Justin speak, I learn something new. His knowledge, communication skills, and genuine passion for guest safety challenge property managers and hosts to think beyond minimum requirements and consider every detail that could make a guest’s stay safer and more comfortable.
