Hey everyone, it’s Friday and Easter weekend so for everyone having a brunch, there is nothing better then a great Mimosa to go with it. Obviously you can do the classic of Champagne and OJ. But also consider some add ins such as a splash of raspberry syrup or some grenadine. You can even kick it up a notch by adding a splash of Grand Mariner or Cointreau.
Either way just some guidelines to use when making them. Use a 2 to 1 ratio of Champagne to OJ. Pour the Champagne first to retain more bubbles and if possible use freshly squeezed OJ.
