On your first year owning real estate you have to be sure to go online and submit your 4% primary residence application! Don’t wait until the deadline. Your property taxes will default to a second home owner of 6% by January!!! 🚨
You don’t want to pay 3x the amount of your property taxes right now! If you need the link. Feel free to message me and tell me your county.
Each county is different but I recommend going in person to hand in all the information to make sure is approved right there and then! Don’t wait!!

There is so much that goes into getting a home ready for market.

I have given friends, neighbors and family advice and some take it, some don’t!
