Another successful closing today! It was truly a pleasure working with these wonderful clients, who were referred by a fantastic referral partner in Myrtle Beach—whom I had the opportunity to meet at our national conference in Miami last November.

From our initial conversation on January 10th to touring homes on the 19th, going under contract by the 21st, and closing in just 24 days, this transaction moved QUICKLY and SMOOTHLY. Yesterday was a hectic but rewarding day from start to finish!

After a delayed closing on Monday due to not having clear-to-close in time, we made it to the closing table just 24 hours after receiving CTC at 5:18 PM Monday—with a 5:00 PM closing scheduled for Tuesday. And yes, the attorney’s office closes at 5 😅

I made it clear to both the attorney and the lender that Tuesday was our only option. With pods being delivered, cable installation scheduled, and furniture arriving, there was zero room for delay.

In the end, everything came together seamlessly. The transaction closed on time, and she was able to spend her very first night in her new home 🎉

I’m always grateful for clients who recognize and appreciate everything that goes into a successful closing. From submitting the offer, navigating inspections, and coordinating all the moving parts—right through the closing table and beyond—I’m there every step of the way. 🥰🫶🏼
