Talk of a housing bubble is beginning to crop up as home prices have appreciated at a rapid pace over the last year 📈

We’re here to set the record straight with three reasons why we’re not headed for a market crash any time soon…

1️⃣ Housing supply is extremely limited
2️⃣ Households have plenty of equity
3️⃣ Mortgage rates are low

Experts predict a strong sellers’ market throughout 2021 along with increases in new construction, which should allow supply to gradually rise and fulfill the current pent-up demand.

Happy 5th Birthday to K-9 Joney!

K-9 Joney is assigned to night shift patrol and has been with the Summerville Police Department since 2018. K-9 Joney is currently recovering at home with his handler (FTO Nelson) after having recent surgery. K-9 Joney is slowly recovering and will hopefully be back to work in a few weeks!
