Title: Licensed SC Real Estate Home Inspector

Job Requirements:
*Must have a valid S.C. home inspection license.
*Prompt arrival to appointments, strong work ethic and ability to work unsupervised
*Strong attention to detail
*Proficient computer skills (e.g. familiarity with Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, etc.)*Enjoy problem solving and learning - you will routinely need to conduct professional conversations and explain inspection findings to clients and industry partners, and at times you may be required to problem solve issues that arise on-site.
*Able to speak and convey findings to clients
*Strong integrity and work ethic
*A great attitude, good presence and positive energy
*Reliable transportation, clean driving record, valid driver’s license and insurance
*Must be able to work in various weather conditions, climb ladders, carry up to 50 lbs., walk on roofs, crawl around crawl spaces and attics, as well as stand for long periods of time.
