I am and have been a local Real Estate Professional in the Charleston, SC area for over 22 years and I consider myself well versed in assisting clients to the American Dream. I believe that people should be armed with knowledge, honesty and integrity. Over the last 23 years of helping families buy & sell Real Estate in the Low Country, I have met the most wonderful “Friends” aka Home / Commercial Buyer’s & Seller’s, my relationships have been endless and much appreciated. My Friends "Clients" invited me to their weddings, birthday parties, children graduations/christenings/births, cookouts and even church. I sometimes get “friend” calls for relationship advice (Prayer), decorating ideas, business venture ideas and successful endeavors to help celebrate. I have sold to my “Friends”‘ children, family members and their own personal friends as well. 80% of business comes from referrals from the relationships built over the years with my “Friends”! I could not think of a better name for my business that my “Friends aka Buyer’s & Seller’s” help build with/for me. I started Real Estate in September of 1998 when I decided to follow my dream with God's permission. I am a native New Yorker with 4 grown children (1 son n law/1 daughter n law) and 15 grandchildren (1 grandson n law). I love God #1, my family #2, love to eat #3, love to sing (never said I could) and by golly, I Love Real Estate. I Love God in everything I do, every decision I make is based on Prayer and following what God has for my life!
