I had THEE best time hosting clients and neighbors in my home this past Sunday for our annual Selfies with Santa event.
It flew by and I was truly bummed when the last guest left.
It’s so special to me to get the see the excitement and joy in these little kiddos eyes.
And shout to MY kiddos for helping me prep the house. My son helped with all of the the tree setup and my daughter was a champ with cookie patrol and finishing touches. I love our little team.

Another happy buyer client | OFFER ACCEPTED 🎉
It was a busy Thanksgiving!
After 2 stops and 3 filling meals, I put on my stretchy pants, rolled up my sleeves, and got to work for my buyer.
Pulling and reviewing comps, drafting an offer, detailing neighborhood transfer fees.
We negotiated a price/payment that is most comfortable to my client and now we are under contract!
My client will be in before the new year 🥳

I met this buyers parents a few months ago at one of my open houses. He works a wonky shift so his parents were his boots on the ground peeking at homes while he slept.
They loved a condo that I had listed but for a first time home buyer with a fixed monthly budget, I shared why I thought it would be a bad investment for him. But they loved the sales price…
I showed them how the high monthly hoa cost of the condo could be reallocated to more buying power on a single family home, and they were impressed.
My honesty and transparency surprised them, and just recently they shared a flattering compliment with me, that I’m just “so sincere”, which absolutely warmed my heart ❤️
The feeling is mutual as I see the immense love and concern that they have for their son.
Last Friday afternoon, I had a listing appt in Summerville, raced home to grab my daughter at 5:30 to shuttle her to a sleepover in Ladson, then raced out to Ridgeville to meet with clients on their new listing at 7:30pm, then back home by 9:30pm.
I was up until almost 3am inputting my new Ridgeville listing and, reviewing the contract- line by line- of this beautiful home before my client signed it the following morning.
To bed at 3am, and back up at 7am to review it with my buyer client at 7:30am- when his shift ended and his bedtime began 😴. 4 hours of sleep for me because, I am sincere and want the best, and best experience, for everyone ❤️
We went from an older condo with a $375 monthly HOA with additional cost amenities to a BEAUTIFUL brand new home with the same overall payment, TONS of upgrades, and loads of amenities | UNDER CONTRACT 🎉🎉

For years, my dear friend and I have dreamt of how cool it would be to flip a house. And now, we get to!
An opportunity presented itself from one of my sweet past clients, and I ran it by her to see if she wanted it.
She said yes, “but only if you’ll do it with me.” So, here we are 🤗
I’m beyond excited that I not only get to help people find homes, but now, I get to help create one with my friend. ❤️
I have plans of renovating this to be used as a house-hack-home.
Adding a full bath and kitchenette to the spacious upstairs FROG so it can be used as a private entry rental/Airbnb or a 4th bedroom en-suite.
And of course loads of Pinterest worthy updates throughout the home.

As a child growing up in a small, rural neighboring town near the coast of Charleston, I developed a love for things that were shiny and new. Reason being, our area was full of cottages, older homes, and plantation houses. When my family and I traveled to the city, I was in awe of the life and sights Charleston then had to offer. It was all new to me. Fast forward to my adult years, while I still enjoy shiny and new, I now have an appreciation and love for older things. Items with character, with a story. Especially homes. Nostalgia definitely draws me in. Coupling my appreciation of the old and desires for the new, my career in real estate is a natural fit.
I have a strong love for the Charleston area. Be it sitting in awe of our beaches, enjoying the arts of our town, or strolling the streets of our historic district, every bit of our city offers something to be treasured. Even a simple walk through the grounds of my alma mater, The College of Charleston, one can easily be swooned by the charm of this great city. The way it captivates people is something that can be easily explained.
Coupled with my love for Charleston is my passion for people.
