Had to boogie out with my friends Sam and Katie, we’ve been searching for over SIX months!! Sometimes out of state moves require work verification and other closings and ALL that stuff. Myself and our lender team and my amazing clients worked through a bunch of stuff to make this happen, but they are HOME! Great seller team, great transaction. Had some great help from my team leader and , , all the usual suspects, but in the end, my folks had a huge weight lifted off their back when they got handed the keys to their new dream home (we beat other offers too, that’s where I get my chance to rock out 🤘) welcome home friends!!
