After showing this client several homes and getting under contract with another property that fell through due to a poor home inspection, we found this home for my out of state client. She fell in love with this end unit townhome in a gated community. It was updated and she loved the homeowners sense of style. So grateful for clients who become friends. I am so proud of my friend for buying her first home. We started working together 4 years ago when a friend referred her to me and that time wasn’t a good time for her to move forward with a purchase.
