For Dana Malden - Your HOMEGirl Dana, that moment came while buying her very first home.
With her husband deployed overseas serving in the Marine Corps and a baby on the way, she attended the closing alone, signing every document with power of attorney. It was overwhelming, emotional, and a reminder of just how much trust people place in the professionals guiding them through one of life's biggest decisions.
Today, that experience is the foundation of everything she does. 🌟
After spending years teaching, training, and helping others grow, Dana now brings that same heart for education to every client she serves. Her goal is simple: make the process less overwhelming, build lasting relationships, and remind every client they never have to figure it out alone.
In just her first year in real estate, Dana surpassed $1 million in sales volume, completed the requirements for her ABR® designation, and continues investing in her knowledge so she can better serve the families who trust her. 🙌
When she's not helping clients, she's an HR instructor, owns a custom engraving business, and stays grounded through her faith and family.
