Ellen Werksman - Realtor-Local Homes and Land

Ellen Werksman - Realtor-Local Homes and Land Your friendly, local neighborhood Realtor making dreams of homeownership come true We chose Summerville, just outside of Charleston. We love the outdoors.

After living in New Jersey almost all my live my husband and I decided to move to South Carolina. It is a small town with a lot of history and we just love it here. We are not far from the beach where we love to relax. There is also a lot of opportunities to kayak, walk, ride, bike. Beaches are free unlike New Jersey. I entered into Real Estate in 2011 through Property Management and RealEstate Sales in 2014. I have received my Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and my Cert. International Designation. This gave me more knowledge when dealing with adults who are perhaps retiring here. There are special tax advantage and mortgage opportunities that are available to this age group. I am also certified with our Buyers and Sellers Advantage programs. The best part of working in Real Estate is meeting the people and working with them to start the next adventure in their lives. Licenses: 84513 (Real Estate Sales)
