Beware: this person hit me up in messenger a few days ago to post things for him on marketplace for payment. Today he sent me pictures of a home that he wanted me to post for him as a rental. Of course, being in real estate, I did some research on the property and found it to be under contract. I contacted the selling broker to warn him and he said it's happened to him three times now. Listen folks if it sounds too good to be true, It probably is. This home is located in Goose Creek. It's a three bedroom two bath and is maintained on a large corner lot, fenced in with a shed in the backyard and has been completely remodeled. He wanted to list it for $1200 a month in . This person has a complete description of the home inside and out with pictures. The ad would look legit, but he's a scammer and of course, the profile is fake. Never wire, cash app, Venmo, Zelle or PayPal money to anyone unless you know them. For deals like this it is always best to go through a property management company or consult with a realtor.
