This one right here was a labor of love for all! Met these Heroes in January 2024. It has been years since they last bought a home and wasn't quite sure where to start, so I paired them up with Laura Heath of Lower Mortgage Well turns out they did not have bad credit, they had NO credit, and after a year and a half of working with them, Laura got them to a 700+ credit score and in a position to buy. It took some time and a few bumps in the road to find the one that fit all their needs because this was to be their forever home. Needless to say we were all thrilled to get to the finish line. To see how excited they were to finally have a place to call their own again reminds me why I love doing what I do!!
