Lisa Thompson - AgentOwned Realty Serving home buyers and home sellers in the Summerville, SC area since 2006! I am truly a dedicated Realtor® passionate about my career.

I love doing things for others and this profession suits me to a T. I can be available 7 days a week and take time off every Sunday morning to attend my Church service. I am a top producer in my office and have been since I began in Real estate in 2005. I have earned several designations above and beyond being just a real estate salesperson. I would say the most important one is the designation of

"Realtor®" which holds us to a very high standard of ethics, the next is ABR which means Accredited Buyers Representative which represents additional hours of training to represent buyers in the most comprehensive way possible, the next is e-PRO which is "electronic professional marketing" training courses designated to help us market and promote our listings on line. Lastly, I am "Certified" in new construction sales and am a Relocation Specialist. My office is located in Summerville. I live in Summerville and do the majority of my business in Summerville. I believe my focus on being a local expert helps me stand out above those that do business anywhere in the tri county area. I stay very tuned in as to what is happening in our area and serve on three separate active Boards. I am on the Board of Directors for The Courtyards homeowner’s association, serving as President. I serve as Vice President for the Wescott Plantation homeowner’s association and am on the board for The FDRA (Fort Dorchester Residential Association). I have two married daughters of whom I'm very proud! Now I get to brag a little. My eldest daughter is a PHD in Pharmacology and lives in Lexington, KY. She's married to a wonderful man who is a PA. My youngest daughter has earned her PA Degree and lives in Fayetteville, NC with her husband who is in JAG. They both graduated from The College of Charleston and hope to relocate back to this area as soon as is prudent for them. My first grandchild was born in March 2016. Her name is Evelyn Hartt and she is such a joy!
