First closing officially in the books, and what an exciting feeling it is. 🏡✨

Stepping into this role has been such a big leap of faith, and today was a reminder of why I was so excited to begin this journey. There is something really special about having people trust you to walk with them through such an important moment in their lives, and being able to help get them all the way to the finish line means so much to me.

Today was ANOTHER rewarding experience giving back to our community 💙

Myself and Mandy Ard had the opportunity to volunteer with the Coastal SC Women's Council of Realtors at Lowcountry Orphan Relief, where we helped sort donations and create care kits for children ranging from newborn to 18 years old.

Each kit is thoughtfully put together to provide comfort, essentials, and a reminder that these children are seen and supported. It was incredibly meaningful to be a small part of something that makes such a big difference in the lives of kids in need.

So grateful to be surrounded by a group of women who are passionate about serving others and making an impact in our community 🤍

Today I had the incredible honor of attending a home dedication on behalf of the REALTORS® Housing Opportunities Fund (RHOF) and Berkeley Habitat for Humanity with Mandy Ard, and it was truly such a meaningful experience.

This wasn’t just any home — it was thoughtfully built to be fully handicap accessible, designed specifically to meet the needs of the children in this family. Seeing the care, intention, and love poured into every detail was something I won’t forget.

Moments like this remind me why I’m so proud to be part of this industry and community. Real estate is about so much more than buying and selling — it’s about creating opportunities, stability, and a place to truly call home.
