🔍 We love the industry. We also love honesty. So here’s your decoder ring. 🥲
📋 “Cozy” = Sofa or dining table. Not both.
📋 “Charming” = It has lots of character... Some of it is structural.
📋 “Vintage kitchen” = The appliances came with the Eisenhower administration.
📋 “Motivated seller” = PLEEEASE 🙏
📋 “Investor special” = Bring a contractor. And a therapist.
📋 “Priced to sell” = They tried higher. It did not go well.
📋 “Original details throughout” = Nothing has been updated. Nothing.
📋 “Bonus room” = They don’t know what you’ll use this for either. But it’s counted in the square footage.
