Choosing a REALTOR® is a really important first step whether you are selling, buying or investing in a home. We are going to be spending a lot of time together and I want you to feel comfortable. So allow me to share some background with you to help you decide if I am the right REALTOR® for you. I hope so! I grew up in the North of England and spent my early career in the National Health Service f
irst as a manager of large hospitals and later as a Director of Human Resources. In these roles I developed strong management skills and the ability to manage people, processes, and resources confidently and effectively. I specialized in the management of change and how to manage transitions smoothly and successfully. I will bring these skills to the management of your real estate transaction to make sure that it progresses as smoothly as possible. To support my practical experience I have a Masters in Business Administration from Warwick Graduate School. In 1994 I relocated to the USA with my husband and daughter living first in Philadelphia and then in 1998 moving to Chatham, New Jersey. I was a partner in a relocation company for a year before moving into real estate in 2000. I have moved a number of times and that personal experience together with my professional relocation experience means that I have a thorough and sympathetic understanding of the relocation process. In my personal life I play paddle tennis and golf – with more enthusiasm than skill! I love dogs and especially Labrador retrievers! Whether in life or business I approach my goals with enthusiasm, determination and commitment. I have a reputation for professionalism and integrity and for getting the job done!
