This beautiful home officially has new owners!

Our dear sellers ❤️ moved here a few years ago and fell in love with their house, their neighborhood and the Summit community. Now it was time for them to move closer to family.

After a weekend of showings and an Open House, we got their home under contract by Friday (8 days!) We had multiple offers and our sellers chose the one that fit their needs, terms and desired price.

During these uncertain times, ALL parties involved were pleased to have such a smooth transaction. Thank you for putting your trust in me and our group. I am very grateful for the opportunity and wish you the very best as you settle into your new home.

Looking for something to do this fall? Visiting nearby family-friendly farms is one of my very favorite activities to do with my children since they were little.

🍎 They loved the apple cider, donuts, hayrides and slingshot games.

🎃As they grew older, the bigger the corn mazes, the pumpkins and the collection of apples were.

This visit was a few years ago and still one of my favorites.
