Congrats to my clients who closed on their purchase in Sky Island today - a brand new Zetterberg built home! A perfect rambler downsize from the Sumner home that they raised their family in. Working with new construction always makes me question why we live in a 126 year old house… Very jealous of things like insulation 🤣. Happy for everyone involved on this one!
