Home prices have been on the rise since COVID and this war isn’t slowing down the climb no time soon. Home prices are expected to continue to climb due to inflation.

Mortage rates have reached its highest point we’ve seen in 2 years. However rates fell this week but are expecting to go back up within 2 wks.

Cost of materials for building are expecting to rise due to inflation and the lack of cargo available to ship materials means we can expect delays.

Fuel, copper, aluminum prices are also a few items expected to increase.
