Our sellers are friends of friends who trusted us to help sell their home. After completing a pre-inspection and beautifully staging the property, we found a buyer right away!

Then came an unexpected challenge—the drainfield didn’t meet county requirements and needed to be replaced. When this didn’t work first buyer, we put the home back on the market, found another buyer, made it through a second inspection, and got it closed!
